1. Introduction and Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by ABD Gemilang Enterprise (hereinafter referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), an Authorized Sales Partner of CelcomDigi Berhad, located in Sg Petani, Kedah Darul Aman. By utilizing our services, including submitting information for telecommunication registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of Services
We facilitate the sale and registration of CelcomDigi telecommunication plans and services specifically targeted at eligible Malaysian Government Servants.
- Our Role: Our role is limited to sales consultation, collecting necessary documentation, and submitting complete application packages to CelcomDigi Berhad for processing.
- Principal: We act on behalf of our Principal, CelcomDigi Berhad. The ultimate provision, activation, billing, and maintenance of the telecommunication service are the sole responsibility of CelcomDigi Berhad.
3. User Responsibilities and Representations
By submitting your application and documents to us, you represent and warrant that:
- Eligibility: You are a legitimate Malaysian Government Servant and meet all eligibility criteria specified by CelcomDigi Berhad for the selected plan.
- Accuracy of Information: All Personal Data and supporting documents (e.g., NRIC copy, employment verification) provided to us are true, accurate, complete, and current.
- Consent: You consent to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your Personal Data by ABD Gemilang Enterprise to CelcomDigi Berhad for the purpose of service activation, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
- No Fraud: You shall not use our service to submit fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized applications or documentation.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Processing Time: While we endeavor to submit applications promptly, we do not guarantee any specific service activation timeline, as the processing is subject to CelcomDigi Berhad’s internal verification and approval procedures.
- Service Denial: We are not responsible for the ultimate approval or denial of your application. Rejection may occur if you fail to meet CelcomDigi Berhad’s eligibility criteria or if the submitted documents are deemed insufficient or invalid.
- Service Quality: We are not liable for any issues related to the quality, availability, or billing of the telecommunication services once activated. All service-related complaints, billing disputes, or technical issues must be directed to CelcomDigi Berhad’s official customer service channels.
5. Termination of Application
We reserve the right to immediately cease processing and submission of an application if we suspect or detect any fraudulent activity, submission of false documents, or violation of these Terms or CelcomDigi Berhad’s policies.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
